We already completed four winter FoMo data recordings. The accumulated snow level during the period slowly rose to a little over one meter, while the total snowfall in the area was over four meters.

Here are some highlights from our winter deployments:

I promised some maps and data last time. Here’s the blue trajectory, little over 500 meters long, that starts next to the area’s main building, heads in a nearby forest and then loops back around the building to the starting point.

We chose this trajectory for a multi-season T&R evaluation with UofT. The trajectory has a good length to be both interesting and repeatable multiple times, while it contains some elevation changes and interesting pitch and roll angles. We will present the results of the multi-season T&R evaluation in next blog post.
